Leadership is about creating influence. It requires courage, integrity, ownership, compassion and emotional intelligence. More than anything it is unique to YOU.

The work I do with my clients is to help them overcome all these hurdles using a very personal approach. This is not about another training in acquiring skill sets.

My approach is focused on changing the fundamentals and shifting the mindset creating those hurdles. By shifting the mindset at a deeper level, the skills fall into place.

Skills can be learnt but until they are put into the hands of someone understanding the dynamics and the why behind them, those skills are often not applied for very long and soon your team is right where they started.

Deeper work is required at a personal level.

How It Works

The ‘LEADERSHIP MINDSET’
Coaching Programme

Z

This is a three months programme designed for individuals or small groups (up to 5 people).

Z

It is composed of a kick off session followed by individual one-hour bi-weekly sessions – 6 sessions in total.

Z

It starts with a ‘chemistry’ session to determine if we are the right fit for each other and to discuss specific goals. During this call, I will also take you through the financials and further details of the programme.

Z

There is the option to hold sessions online or in-person (applies to Malaysian based clients only).

Z

The programme may be adapted and the format modified depending on the specific needs discussed at the time of agreement.

ONE-ON-ONE LEADERSHIP MINDSET AD HOC SESSION

Z

I also offer one-hour ad-hoc sessions when a specific issue has been identified and needs urgent attention.

Z

There is the option to hold sessions online or in-person (applies to Malaysian based clients only).

Z

Prior to the call I will ask you to fill in a pre-questionnaire to get to know you and ensure you get the most out of the session.

Upon our mutual decision to proceed – full payment for the session is required up-front.
