Where I Am From…
And Who I Have Become.
I was born in Cambridge, UK, to English parents and brought up in a small village in France where I spent most of my childhood. Used to speaking English at home, and French outside from an early age, I soon developed a deep sense of curiosity and interest in different cultural backgrounds and ways of thinking.
A lover of life, I am an adventurer, writer, diver, skier, motorbike rider and passionate about different cultural views, spiritual wisdom and personal growth.
I spent the first 13 years of my career working in the advertising industry. As an ex-business executive my role was to deliver strategic communication and effective marketing for high profile global and local brands across multiple geographies (Europe and Asia).
In charge of the agency client relationship and responsible for building strong leadership teams, I always believed that at the heart of every success is the power of a team and always strived to inspire and empower people to be their best, fostering a strong sense of mutual trust and partnership.
In 2016, I decided to take on a new journey of my own and to listen to that little voice inside of me guiding me towards my purpose and soul’s calling.
Since then I have focused on offering my experience and services to a variety of stakeholders and have worked with companies in search of clarity and direction, professional executives looking for leadership development and individuals in search of meaning and purpose.
I have always been passionate about people and brands.
Today I am a Personal Transformation and Leadership Development Coach, Brand Strategist and Writer.
I help individuals, organisations and brands overcome the lack of clarity and obstacles holding them back from living their truth and finding their special place in the world.

My approach focuses on bringing clarity and helping indivduals reconnect to their inner power so they can be their best authentic selves and live a life that they love.
I facilitate journeys of fulfilment through self-realisation, higher awareness, removal of barriers/self-limitations, an increased sense of self, opening up possibilities for creation and self-renewal it being in personal or professional areas of life.
I lost myself once and I learnt a lot from the journey I took to reconnect to my true self and who I really was and always had been.
Today, I am dedicated to sharing this with as many people as possible.

Born In The West, I Have Now Settled In The East.
I currently live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which I have called home since the first time I set foot on it more than ten years ago.
I am the author of ‘Complete. The Gift of Happiness’ which dives into my journey of personal and spiritual growth, and uncovers the principles of a joyful life, happiness and fulfilment.
